Founded by Rohini N & Arunkumar N in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, and Architecture, ARK provides integrated services in planning, design, engineering consultancy, project management, and construction for residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

We serve Government Departments, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Urban Local Bodies, and Private Clients, with a strong commitment to quality, safety, timely execution, and client satisfaction.

Rohini N

CHAIRPERSON CUM DIRECTOR

Ms. Rohini N serves as the Chairperson, Whole-Time Director, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Head of Human Resources of ARK Designs & Infrastructure India Pvt. Ltd. since 10 July 2026. She plays a key role in shaping the Company's financial strategy, organizational development, and governance.

She holds a Master's Degree in Economics from Bangalore University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management and a Diploma in Store Management from the Indian Institute of Materials Management (IIMM), Ahmedabad, along with a B.Ed. and B.A. from Davanagere University. She is a Life Member of IIMM.

With nearly a decade of professional experience in finance, administration, procurement, and organizational management, she has been instrumental in establishing strong financial controls, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the Company's strategic growth — while leading talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational culture as Head of HR.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Arunkumar N serves as the Managing Director, Whole-Time Director, and Head of Technical & Field Operations at ARK Designs & Infrastructure India Pvt. Ltd. since 10 July 2026, providing strategic leadership for the Company's engineering, project execution, and technical operations.

He holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Structural Engineering from Bapuji Institute of Engineering and Technology (BIET), Davanagere, affiliated with VTU, Karnataka, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from East West Institute of Technology, affiliated with VTU, Karnataka.

His expertise spans structural engineering, RCC construction, infrastructure development, project management, quality assurance, technical design coordination, and construction supervision — integrating modern engineering methodologies and digital tools to improve productivity and deliver sustainable infrastructure solutions.
